Carrie Neeley REALTOR

Carrie grew up in Gordonsville, Virginia, although graduated from West Springfield High School in her senior year. She has a degree in education from Radford  University and received her master’s in education from Shenandoah University and an endorsement in administration from George Mason University. Carrie retired from Stafford County Public Schools, where she served as Chief Academic Officer for Elementary Schools. Along the way, she is very proud to have served in Orange, Madison, and Albemarle School Divisions as well.

Carrie and her husband Keith (also part of the Licata Group Team), have raised two sons who live nearby in Richmond, VA. Carrie and Keith met growing up in Gordonsville, lived in Stafford when they were first married, then returned to Orange where they lived on Main Street, raising their children among friends and family nearby. They currently live among a host of amazing friends and enjoy a “LOW” lifestyle from both their homes on the peaceful “Little Lake” (Keaton), as well as connecting and boating with friends on the main lake. Carrie also enjoys playing and listening to music, walking with her rescue pups, and rooting for the Baltimore Ravens!

Carrie’s guiding principle in education was to carefully consider and act on behalf of the best interest of the student(s) in her care. She carries that same philosophy forward when representing her clients with careful care and consideration while advocating for their best interests. Her goal is to develop a clear understanding of her client’s priorities and make buying and/or selling your home a joyful experience.
