After 18 years in restaurant management and training in the Northern Virginia area, Mary turned her real estate hobby into a full-time career in 2015.  She moved to the Central Virginia area with her husband and two children in 2016 and joined the Licata Group soon after, bringing her knowledge and experience in business management, finance, human resources, customer service, and problem solving to the team. She is dedicated to helping both buyer and seller clients to achieve their real estate goals. She loves to learn and is always looking to increase her knowledge and skills through reading and taking classes. Mary is a member of the Associate Leadership Council and the Chairperson for the Finance Committee. Her spare time is spent with her family, mostly enjoying  outdoor activities including hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, festivals, bike riding and taking advantage of  all Central Virginia has to offer.
